I'd say around once a week, the weird thing is you never notice it happens until the scab or bruise forms.....
mostly, it's there for bragging rights so when you snipe a guy in the head they can say "well you suck, I have a bigger gamerscore than you" i usually just say, well I guess we can see who has more of a life....
