I have a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus in my new PC, and it's great so far, especially for costing me under $30. Quiet enough for my needs, does the job well, and 37mm clearance for the RAM. My previous build had one of those big copper Zalman things that was a royal fvcking pain to install, but ran like a champ once it was in place. More clearance for RAM with that one too. Looked like this model.

I was going to say something witty and cutting, but that awesome picture has me speechless. Thread necromancy at its finest... I am in awe. I am also closing this two years old thread. Be gone with you! Be gone! :x :P

On a related note, my current set up has 4GB of Corsair RAM. I don't honestly know if more RAM would improve performance on anything (I mainly play games on this computer) but if so what should I get? Just get another 4GB or go all out and get like 12? RAM seems pretty cheap now adays but still don't know if it's worth it. Any thoughts welcome.Martel100
As you said, RAM is pretty cheap right now, so I say you should get as much as you can get away with. What is over-kill today will be considered average tomorrow. ;)

I think in order for it to be necromancy, the thread needs to be old enough that rigor mortis has set in. This one has barely gotten cold. The way I see it, what happened here is more like snuggling with what the offender in his drunken stupor thought was a sleeping or unconscious person, rather than true necromancy at its foulest. :P That being said.... Specialized87: If a thread is old enough to be off the first two pages, it's better to start a new one. This is particularly true if you want to ask your own questions, rather than answer questions someone else has posted. For now though, don't sweat it. You're new, and when you're new to a place it always takes a while to figure things out. Just remember for next time, and welcome to Gamespot. :)

Worst case scenario, the Witcher Forum has a guide on how to patch an unregistered version. Major hassle (I've done it), but it works. Linky
