err you sure? i mean i thought you had to teach it to blissey on fire red or leafgreen and trade it over. im not sure what to breed blissey with to get it to learn seismic toss, if anyone knows tell me. i have two silly blisseys sitting around doing jack all
blissey doesnt get seismic toss from an egg move... it gets it from the move tutor... kinda easier i guess... but i've already taught one of my pkmns seismic toss, so i cant do it again
the good thing about the seismic toss blissey is just that because a level 100 Blissey does 100 damage with toss which is more then blissey could ever hope to do with her poor offence stats.
