i just got it(i say in shame). it wasnt too bad at first. i got right into it and thought "whooooop"... but after going online to and chatting to others who play it i heard that people are totalyannihilating eachother using the "simple" control scheme made me want to punch capcom in thethroat with a knuckleduster. I want an upate to filter out players who use it!
once you click on the purchase button its yours for life no? if this is the case then you could just download em when you have spare dl limit and time...
Ive never played the game tbh but if you got it from somewhere like Game or Gamestation then id expect that there is some way to play it. Why would a big time retailer sell you something useless? if you got it off some random dude, then id ask for my money back, go to a store and pick a bnib one just to be on the safe side.
Im going to be totaly honest here. My ps3 is working fine now and i still dont know what the problem was. After trying everything i read here and all over the net it still wasnt working properly and 2 days ago i turn it on.. and suprise... there was nothing wrong with it. My bro`s ps3 did exactly the same thing for the same amount of time. Im sorry i have no useful feedback on how to solve this problem. But thanks again to everyone who chiped in to help!
Ive been using my ps3 on my internet line for almost a year now without any problems. I thought my line might be playing up but my pc works fine with download speeds that ive been getting since i first got it, so i dont think its the speed. Are there any setting i should be playing around with on my modem or ps3?
Cheers guys, i am contacting my ISP right now to see if there is a problem somewhere. My download speeds have not suffered at all but maybe there is a chance they are blocking the PS3 from doing something throught the line. Thanks again ! any help is good help!
I dont know the model number but its a 80gb Fat. I cant download from psn fine and even play online is MW2 too. Its just when i open a message my ps3 freezes and takes a while till i cant choose the reply and join a game. when i click on my profile it syncs to 2% and then stops(doesnt pass however long i wait). No friends profile show up. And i have just realise that my friends profiles dont update when they change games or exit them. Some of my friends show offline or online when they are the opposite too. If it was just my one id say its busted but my bro has the same problems and we live in different houses so its a bit hard to beleive both of our connections are busted. oh and ive had it for just over a year now.
