@djoffer: As long as the game is "Xbox Play Anywhere", games pass should work for PC (Windows 10 probably). I know my buddy used it to try Sea of Thieves on PC. Unfortunately, the majorly of games on Xbox Games Pass are not "play anywhere".

I think the end of the game left room for a sequel. I'm not saying I want a sequel right now. I'd prefer they give a new IP a go and give the Killzone franchise to someone else to take a stab at, but I would be down to see them revisit the series.
- 1. Halo 2
- 2. NHL series (100+ hours every year).
- 3. World of Warcraft
- 4. Diablo 3
- 5. Super Smash Bros Melee
- 6.Halo CE
- 7. The Last of Us
- 8. The Darkness
- 9. Tales of Vesperia
- 10. Elder Scrolls Online (been playing a shit ton over the summer; who knows if this would make it a year from now).
Even with that list, there are so many other great games I've enjoyed/gone back to (Fable series, Bioshock series, Deus Ex, Bastion, Transistor, Alan Wake, etc.). I'm sure this list will change over time.
The problem with this demo is that its trying too hard to showcase various new features (the grappling hook, dashing, dismemberment, etc.). When they focus on this, the person playing moves way too fucking slow. Playing doom is about moving at max fucking speed, close to death, on a high difficulty. These videos make the game look so damn unappealing.
The previous Doom played so much better than it looked. I expect the same from this entry.
No one else is fascinated with Friday the 13th numbers?
I thought the dev can't make any more content for that game. They are still selling that game?
Probably some weird regional licensing going on that doesn't impact the developer like it does in NA.
Assuming that I'll need to buy a GC controller, adapter, and have an online subscription to play the game (with my friends online), in addition to the $79.99 CDN price tag of the game...I think I'll pass. I do like the massive cast of the fighters this time around, but I can't justify the price atm. I still have those garbage controllers that came with the Switch ffs.
the switch pro controller is really nice.
or the joycons...
wtf do you need these additional controllers for?
Gamecube controlls for modern smash games is nothing but hipster bullshit :P
Agreed- the gamecube controllers still made sense for the Wii due to the bizarre button layout of the wii remote/nunchuck, but since last gen when they went to a more traditional layout, the controllers have been fine.
lol there is no way I'd be able to use the Switch default controller(s) for SSB. I struggle enough aiming the bow in BOTW with them. I do think I will pick up a Pro controller at some point this year. Unfortunately, the regular price is $89.99 CDN. Gonna have to wait until Black Friday or Boxing week at least.

Crash Bandicoot just keeps on goin. I wonder if the Spyro remaster will do as well.
I'd honestly just prefer a new IP. They have shown great progress throughout the Batman series (minus the technical issues on the PC version of Knight). If we are stuck with superhero IPs, I'd be down to see a hard M rated game based on either the Joker, or even take a much darker approach to Suicide Squad. They have done a solid job portraying some of the villains in the batman series, but it would be pretty wild to focus entirely on them succeeding.
99%. Switch games are the only ones that I get physical copies of.
