I'm just over 6,000 right now (had my 360 since early january). Since I don't go out and get a new game as soon as I finish the ones I've got I usually return to a game for achievements. It adds a lot more life to the game, which means I get my moneys worth + save a little bit as well. Plus, I'm a perfectionist so having 49/50 or w/e almost forces me to go for that last one.
That's good to know. I'm about recieve a replacement for my orginal slim's pcu (red light problem), so I may get them to send me a nother one in a few weeks so I don't have this 3 week wait I'm going through if a problem occurs again lol.
Although this is great news, this kind of sucks for me. I have gotten enough money for the few games I want to pick up in november, and now I have to start planning on picking one of these some time afterwards. I wasn't going to pay 250 for a portable system as I can easily pick up any major home console for a similar (or better) price. I may wait until next year to see what all is in the line-up though.
Quick question about the eShop thing. Do you create an account and then login with that account through a 3DS? If so, I may create one on my friends 3DS so whenever I get one I will be good to go :) But I doubt Nintendo will make that kind of mistake.
There better be a way to do it, but I would be more suprised if it couldn't. Nintendo has been pretty good about these kinds of things. I just hope there is ways to copy our GC games over to the Wii U. I really don't want to pay for the games I already have, especially since I prefer the GC controller. But if it doesn't transfer, w/e. I'm getting my Wii fixed soon, so I probably won't pick up a Wii U until a few months after release.
I'm somewhat keeping mine. First off, the disc drive in my Wii is broken, and I don't really feel the need to get it repaired since I don't play it. But I've also put a lot of money into downloaded games, so I'm not going to sell it off cheap (which means no one would buy). But I'm still debating Wii U. I'm going to college next year, and I'm probably going to bring the 360 with me instead of the wii.
