if a high budget game came out supporting this device, id buy that game over a better looking ps3 game anyday

of course, it would need a really good controll scheme as well, shooters so far for the wii seem flawed

by the way, to make things clear.. i think that my word coach works well with these exercises, but for the language titles it's not enough..

yeah, it's not that great, i wouldn't call it crap, but it's not that great. the music is actually pretty good, i don't know why ign said it was bad, because i kind of like it, on the other hand, i have my doubts that the version ign and dsfanboy had their hands on is the same one as ive been spending some time with lately.

i have no lessons whatsoever, and no pronounciation guide.

one thing that's a bit crap is that i found a word pretty early in that other title, my word coach, that was misspelled, and i actually started to "relearn" it, untill i looked it up because i had my doubts, and it turned out it was misspelled, that of course makes u a bit defensive about just how accurate and "safe" it is to learn all those words, but, ok, so truthfully, i don't putt up that wall so... it's all good.

but the music is good, other things feels a bit cheap though.. just like brain training did.. but here it's worse, because there's not that much variety, and im refering to what kind of learning u are subjected to, i mean, it's just games that aim at improving your spelling skills and knowledge of what the words mean, that is ok on the my word coach title, but not on the my french coach title, i mean, come on, there's more stuff u'd want to do in such a title.. and i also would like to have seen more games that put words in context, and in the language titles, games that teached u sentence structure and conjugation tables, and all of that; but there's nothing, it's a pretty cheap experience in other words, and that saddens me, because i had high hopes of these titles, and in some way the reviews hightened that, since they mentioned the above mentioned things like conjugation tables and such..

now i haven't accessed all the games yet, but i still feel pretty confident in saying this: "don't buy these titles", something which saddens me, because educational titles for the mass market is a good thing, and some of the ingredients is good in these titles, the music is great, those few mini games that constitutes the titles are pretty fun, but it's a too cheap experience to warant the pricetag, still, im going to come back to these titles a lot in the comming days, years, so in that way it warants the pricetag, but u just can't help feeling like this could have been a part of something larger, better, at least when it comes to the language titles

if u actually can access conjugation tables and learn advanced sentence structures, then plz tell me how i access them, id be happy to look like a fool if it turns out that u actually can access such things in the titles.

why are there no lessons?

i thought i read on the net that there were actual lessons in the title as well, not just the "word games", ive even seen pictures of these supposed lessons, but alas, there's no one to be found

Different versions of the ds version... because the one they review on ign have other games than I have, I don't have a whack-a-mole, my games are actually the same games that are in the My Word Coach...

And also, my My French Coach doesn't feature any lessons like the version they use in "Une semaine avec My French Coach" on the DSfanboy site...

The "other" version seems a lot more educational than my version is... I know that you unlock games, but I doubt that you unluck lessons, I should have access to lessons from the getgo but I haven't.

Anyone knows what the deal is? Is there another version of My French Coach available?

ok, i just thought that in all these stealth games u get a game over if u get cought, and that often is the case if u make a lot of noise and kill guards and things like that.. this game wouldn't penalize u for getting cought, it wouldn't need to be a stealth game, u simply got penalized for killing someone in the game, killing would be forbidden.. that's all.. i think a lot of people here get mixed up with "not getting cought" and "not kill"

but yeah, maybe thiefs hard setting doesn't allow the player to kill guards, i have to check that out.. not that i think that i can find thief anywhere so.. but it doesn't matter that much anyways..

well then MAYBE i should check that game out..
