I don't think it's really fair to say Heavy Rain didn't have actual gameplay. It was just a new type of gameplay we weren't used to before. It put more emphasis on the story than the actual actions themselves. Like the producers said, it was more of a short-film than an actual game. The buttons were just there for tactile feel. What I do agree with though is that it seems L.A. Noire will have the same action elements like GTA but a top-notch crime story like Mafia II. I'm waiting to be pleasently surprised.

The two little blue cars that Top Gear uses in series 1-7 is the Suzuki while they use the Chevy Lacetti from series 8-14. They constantly call the Chevy a Suzuki because it's practically the same car just with different badging :P:P

Man, we all know Donkey Kong is totally black.

But to be respectfully on topic, you have to remember that all the brands that have had a solid base through the decades were all made (I'm not hating or anything) before most people were comfortable with equal rights. There was that slag in the eighties and such. You also have to remember that society is sadly is dominated by white males and so they probably haven't thought about it twice.

I think I'll miss Jeff. He was a good writer and I respect him for saying what was on his mind and what he thought of a game, no matter how hyped. You have to remember though that he was paid for what he thought about a game, not for what you wanted him to think. He had valid points and concerns and didn't deserve all the bashing he got. You try beating a game in 8 hours after it's released, skipping all the sidebits, just so he can get a score out there and then have you guys bash him, for doing what he could, because people are too lazy and cheap to go out there and get a game and see what it's like for themselves.

Well, it depends on what GTA you want. I'm pretty sure that the Wii could support GTA:3, Vice City and GTA: San Andreas, but they would have to show Rockstar their Underground Vault(s). But if you're talking about the new one, it's because the Wii would need a total overhaul to be able to use the graphic & physics engine

Heh, you do realize, not to be mean, but K-Mart is the cheap version of Walmart, if there is such a thing.

I kinda have to agree. I feel like I'm being ripped off with all these middle to below average games that are just getting pumped out for the hell of it. I went to Futureshop today, and I realized there was absolutely nothing that I was interested in, while I was glancing over at the PS2 games, feeling overwhelmed by the choices. The thing is, is that it's not like their not coming out with good games, their just taking a long time. Sadly.
