I can't recall ever preordering anything. The games I want are just always available somewhere. Especially if it's a Final Fantasy game. Square doesn't pull Sony's crap. They make sure the supply meets the demand. As far as the bundles go...I was never all that interested in art books or tshirts.

Aside from the first Xenosaga, I don't recall really liking the battle themes of any games. I'd go with Final Fantasy IX though. The only good FFVII battle theme was when you encountered a chocobo. That song was so awesome.

You've got to be kidding me. That amount of dialogue wouldn't even be a problem for the PS2, let alone the PS3. Think about this. There are already games longer than Final Fantasy VII using dialogue on the PS2, such as Dragon Quest VIII, so it would provide no trouble whatsoever on a more powerful console. The trouble with the PS3 is the boatload of cash Sony's going to lose just to keep the console affordable. $900 a unit???? That's insane. They'd be lucky to sell a few million consoles at a price anywhere near that, let alone have the success the previous two consoles have enjoyed.

I never really liked Rikku. Too ditzy for my tastes. You can be a goofy person without coming off as dumb, but she apparently didn't get the memo.

Thats good news, but its the ~'when he gets to it' that i dont like. sazimamajoko

It's the "When he gets to it." that I personally love. That means he'll be busy with other projects that are hopefully more than just a damn rehash of a game that I'm being burnt out on as we speak. Too much FFVII crap coming out. Give it a rest and focus on either newer games or revisit one of the many other great FFs. If they wanna start remaking games with nothing more than visual upgrades, why not start in the 8 or 16-bit era?

I'm not a big fan of Crystal Chronicles and it's a bit bright, but other than that it's good. 7/10, It's actually much better than the one I made for the union a while back, but I hate making banners. I get worse and worse with Photoshop as the canvas I'm using gets larger.

[QUOTE="MasterC2009"][QUOTE="JRPGamer"]After what happened with Final Fantasy X-2 I'm almost afraid of anymore Final Fantasy sequels, to be honest. Also instead of focusing on sequels, prequels, and remakes I beilieve Square-Enix needs to stay focused on new Final Fantasy games. It's because of all the different renditions of Final Fantasy VII, now, that people are thinking the franchise is headed, or has gone down the tubes :?.JRPGamer
Well, I must agree with you. However, I think you will change your mind when Dirge of Cerberus and Crisis Core comes out.

Well, I personally didn't think the franchise was headed down the tubes, but a lot of people I talk to about it, think Final Fantasy is finally dying. They take the remakes and spin-offs as a sign of...hmm...weakness I guess. They don't seem to realize the only Final Fantasy that wasn't as successful as the others was X-2, that's it. Suddenly after X-2 people think XII, and any more FF's are going to suck .

I don't think Final Fantasy XII's going to suck because of X-2. I kinda enjoyed X-2. I think Final Fantasy XII's going to suck, because I played the demo that came with Dragon Quest VIII, and it sucked. Good enough explanation for you? I think the series is going down the tubes. I'm apparently the only person who liked X-2, they're milking the hell out of the FFVII name, which wouldn't piss me off so badly if the new games, and Advent Children were actually worth it, but they're not. I personally think Enix is carrying the load. Square's been a total disappointment. All I have to look forward to from them now is the Kingdom Hearts franchise. And oddly enough, everybody was talking **** about it when it first started. Oh no! They're gonna sully my beloved Final Fantasy characters with Disney characters. Ewww! I saw nothing wrong whatsoever, cause I loved Disney more than I did Square. Now everyone's obsessed with Kingdom Hearts. Of course, the marriage between Square and Disney's fitting, cause they're essentially in the same situation. Two companies that used to mass produce hits and could do no wrong...now relying only on rehashes, and sequels.

It's much better than my first tag was. If you need any help looking for new brushes, tutorials, or a particular font, just ask, and I'll be willing to help.
