entirely subjective. 99% of the time, Silent Hill never had a fixed perspective - you had entire control over it's camera system and yet it was 10 times more disturbing that Resident Evil ever was. Therefore, making the fixed camera angle irrelevant in the 21st century.
over-the-shoulder works completely fine with proof coming from Dead Space.
talking crap? no. it's called experience. and i made a documented play through years ago of my success. Sorry that CAPCOM lied to you when you were younger.
