So all of freaking HL3.... HALF LIFE 3... HAAAALLLLFFF LIIIFFEEEE THREEEEE....
.... is not being worked on because of some mo-cap facial tech that they haven't figured out completely? I call bs. There is no way they are just not working on the game at all. There are so many facets to it that it IS being worked on in some ways. Probably just not the parts that would require the work of that particular voice actor yet :)
@Lordcrabfood This has nothing to do with being a "fanboy". I absolutely love Nintendo, but am pizzed off with their recent handling of the Wii U console. They literally have billions in the bank, but can't seem to understand that investing a little into the console itself and really pushing for 3rd party games WHILE developing their own amazing first party games would do wonders.
Don't make this about "fanboyism"... What if I told you that you can love a company for the amazing games they make, but still be mad with their recent actions.
@dreamfist11 You're first thought is to be "laughing" at people who are "fanboys" because a system won't have certain games on it (at this time)? Anyone who wants any other specific gaming platform to fail is by definition a fanboy. Please pack your bags and go jump in a lake. If I could afford it I would have all 3 coming next gen consoles and an uber gaming pc. Would you? Or would you still be on these forums trying to make it sound cool to bash a platform?
@VenkmanPHD Why is it so hard for people to understand that they didn't add a second circle pad because it essentially would make the 3DS vs the 3DSxl *TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE* devices. If games stared to be made where the second circle pad was completely necessary it essentially would be a huge FU to people who owned the normal 3DS but also didn't want to buy the stupid circle pad add-on.
Seriously... I think the second circle pad debate is just dumb. There are and will be so many great games that just don't need it.
@barren167 Well sure... but it's almost law-suit territory to "predict" prices that high because everybody (who plays/follows games) knows that would be crazy and instant death for Nintendo to price games that high. By already "predicting" prices that high people who may have just causally heard about the system but don't really play games might be completely turned off by seeing $100 price tags on games for the upcoming console.
