Trying to buy Warhammer 40.000 Dawn of War 2 over Steam, but although the game was released long time ago I cannot find any purchase button. I assume the reason is I live in China for the moment, and the game was not launched in this country yet.

"yet" is an optimistic word though, as I except them to never sell the game here, then what can I do? :(

Rather than waiting for publishers to see the light about how to counter piracy by making it easy for consumers to buy their products, which seems to take a long time, I am looking for a workaround for this problem.

I know it might be possible for someone else to "gift" me the game, but thats not easy for me to arrange. I was thinking about using an American proxy perhaps, but not sure if it can work?

Anyone have a good suggestion of how to purchase this game from China through Steam or any other digital distribution stores?

I believe religion is mostly used for good. Good news are not selling well though, so instead we hear only about the 0.001% which are abusing it for power or other gains. I have friends who are deeply religious, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists and others. They and their communities who I believe represents the majority of the religious followers does a lot of good in this world which would not happen normally, and I salute them although I am unable to believe in those things myself. I wish I could though, as it seems to be quite rewarding to their life and spiritual growth.
