Not to mention console physical copies don't come with DRM and digital copies do. Also, you lose your digital purchases in case of service shutdown (read your EULAs, people) and you can't loan, borrow and resell DD copies.
In short, yes, DD copies should cost less, but as long as people keep buying them at the current price, they never will.
Quoted for truth! I have, and never will (unless forced to), bought a digital game at full-price. The digital copy would have to be $40-$45 or less for a regular $60 game before I'd even consider it.
Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall. Only because it didn't have an auto journal system so i had to write down most quest locations in order to remember it. ANNOYING! Great game though.
Cracking jokes about stereotypes can be harmless fun when everyone is laughing. The problem is when people actually believe the stereotypes and become hostile towards a racial group. In this latter case, maybe find better friends who share your values.
Agreed. As long as it's in good fun and not taken seriously, it's a blast to crack racist jokes with your friends.
I'm going to catch hell for saying this, but I find the Half-Life series very overrated.
Agreed. First games that came to my head. They were very good games, but not really "great" in my opinion. I'd give HL2 about a 8.5/10. Enjoyable, strong cast of character for a FPS, but not clamoring for a sequel whatsoever.
GTA IV - Great story and some good characters, but compared to San Andreas the world was so much less interactive (far fewer stores to shop, mini-games to play etc.) and the driving and motorcycle controls SUCKED. The game world was also much smaller. At least they improved the gun shooting mechanics. Still a great game but not worthy to have a 98 metacritic score.
