Too ambitious, and way too late. The hype for the Hero games died after around 2009. Activision wouldn't have been able to maintain a profit without putting in an excess amount of investment that wouldn't have paid off. If only other failed MMO's like SWTOR figured that out before putting in hundreds of millions of dollars. At least some devs got paid for a while.
