It's genuinely nuts and utterly unique. And nothing gets a cult following by being pretty and ordinary. It's one of the oddest, most memorable games you'll ever play.

No mention of Police Quest, haha. And I remember A Fork In the Tale being really weird. Grim Fandango is my fave, whether strictly point and click or not. Absolutely ace.

@crzysheeit There's the theory that you should never lower yourself by acknowledging a critic's complaint or responding to it -- Goodrich has gone one step further, but essentially reiterated Tom's original point: this is a game that looks to directly compete with Call of Duty, rather than be genuinely authentic.
