Sorry, I meant to say I loved most fifa games before 15. That was the start of the shit.

I have to say, I've never been so disappointed. I've loved most fifa games that have come out over the years, and without blowing my own trumpet I've been a fairly good player on all previous fifas, but after what I've just experienced, it might be time to give PES a go. Let me explain why.

The first game I played was PSG vs Chelsea. The entire first half was literally Chelsea passing the ball around in their own half, Azpilicueta to Terry, Terry to Matic, Matic to Cahill, Cahill to Ivanovic. I tried to get the team pressing, but it just turned out to be Cavani running around after the ball with Ibra or Pastore trotting around the centre circle. The first half finished with 20-80 possession and 0 shots on goal for both teams. Second half was a bit more active, I managed to score a ridiculously flukey goal, Cavani's dribbler of a shot managed to go through Courtouis' legs from 25 yards out. 88th minute Chelsea are piling on the pressure, I have to pass it back to Sirigu, I'm expecting a simple clearance from my 84 rated keeper, standard stuff I thought. Well Sirigu decides to do his best Stevie Wonder impression by just running past the ball and letting it roll into the back of the net. His hasty dash and slide was not enough to prevent the terrible blunder.

After one of the most boring, frustrating games of fifa ever, I thought it was just a one off, so I gave it another go. It was Real Madrid vs Dortmund. It was somewhat better than the first, a bit more attacking activity, but still pretty crap. Passes were inaccurate, players were sluggish, I could not beat Sokratis for pace on the through ball with Ronaldo, and my players were about as strong as a pack of Mikados. Second half, it's still 0-0, Dortmund have a corner. Marcelo goes in for the defensive header vs Gundogan, he gets to it but it ends up in a clash of heads. The referee gives a PENALTY for a CLASH OF HEADS. I mean what is this?! Aubameyang slots it down the middle, subsequentally I lose 1-0.

All in all, this is possibly the worst fifa I've ever played. I am going to try the PES demo, hopefully they'll have the famous North London FC on there for me to enjoy.

This has to be the worst fifa in a long time. Constant online lag/button delay (every other game on my ps4 runs perfectly online), keepers not even attempting to save headers from even the weakest players, not catching feeble shots, running PAST the ball when I play a backpass, punching the ball into my own goal when I try to clear it off the line, can't deal with a diagonal run, referees giving the most ridiculous fouls and bookings/sending offs, defenders running into each other, players running away from passes or just letting it rebound off their heels, the list goes on. I can only hope PES get the licensing for all the teams FIFA has next year so I can buy a decent football game where the developer actually gives a crap about their customers.

So I picked the Bandit class and I planned on going pure strength so I'm still using my battle axe, but I was told to go and kill this guy after the gargoyles and he and his dogs just rape me as soon as I enter the gate. How do I kill him? He has a heavy attack that completely breaks my guard and his dogs are just so annoying.

So I'm level 20, picked the bandit preset and I'm using a battle axe with default bandit armor. I've just about reached Darkroot garden, the big 1 legged scorpion mage thing I cannot beat so I just ran past him, but even against the tree things my damage is terrible. I am pretty much pure strength, vitality and endurance, but normal attacks I do 25 1h 50 2h and power attacks around 75-90. If they hit me once they take out half my health, or they just eat me. Then I reach some ice guys who are pretty slow, and I could kill one gradually perhaps since I do barely any damage on them, but then 3 of them appear, and to top it all off if I get hit with a giant ball that something is lobbing tons of at me, I get 1 shotted. It just seems boring now.
