my buddy said he read somewhere that you can use the old style display and just get all the new features still (like netflix and installing games onto the hard drive) yet we can't seem to find the option anywhere. Is my friend mistaken or have they just not enabled that yet? I really can't stand the new display set up at all.kidrock17xp

Your buddy is mistaken. The "blades" interface is gone. There's no way to retroactively put the NXE features on the old format. That would be impossible, and why would you want to? I don't know where your friend got his information, but it's completely wrong.

If LIVE does crash tomorrow, I want Banjo-Kazooie for free. Undertow sucked.

I'm assuming it goes up at midnight. There's still 90 minutes to go. An hour and a half until LIVE crashes.

Maybe you should try posting in that game's forum.

It's like a prequel to Metal Gear Solid 4herviross_2

WHAT? No it isn't! It's a sequel to MGS3 and a prequel to the original Metal Gear. It has nothing to do with MGS4. That game is a sequel to MGS2. Here, I'll run down the production and chronological orders for you.

PRODUCTION ORDER (when the games came out)

Metal Gear (1987)

Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake (1990)

Metal Gear Solid (1998)

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (2001)

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (2004)

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops (2006)

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (2008)

CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER (how the story flows)

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops

Metal Gear

Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake

Metal Gear Solid

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

So says this uncited piece from the Wikipedia article. True or just a rumor (although we do know it will be released in September)?

I think its more like ps2 graphics. Its a long LONG way from a ps3. Maybe the psp2 in about 2 years will have ps3 graphicsdamann22

They're not making a PSP2. Are you thinking of that redesign Game Informer mentioned? Yeah, that's the same exact system.

That screen crack problem happened to my Apple Powerbook a couple years back. I know exactly what you're talking about.

Anyway, Rockstar should just go ahead and make Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Stories. Maybe it could be set when CJ is on the east coast before he goes back home to SA. If Liberty City and Vice City got their own "Stories" titles, why can't San Andreas?

i know it comes in april but anyone know what date?Johnnybegood75

Um, it comes out this fall, which is NOT April. Maybe you're thinking of the beta. Home won't go public until around October or November.
