Many video games exist that feel timeless. Like Super Mario World, Ridge Racer, Castlevania SOTN, FF6, Zelda. What is the most outdated game you've ever played? Me personally,

Alone in the Dark. AITD is so outdated but I love it so much. The one from 1992. This game made me constantly go back and fourth to my inventory to not only look for items but to select an action or a function. Basically every 3D survival horror before Resident Evil feels so dated to me. If it's on DOS it belongs in the graveyard. Tank like controls and a fixed camera don't help either which is why it warrented a remake I only played an hour of. Not only that but every game after AITD1 seemed to get worse and worse with each passing installment until maybe a new nightmare.

AITD2 was more action oriented but was still terrible. So bad it wiped my PS1 memory card full of MGS saves. Thanks a lot!

Ninja Gaiden DS, embaressingly outdated. It's a fixed camera action adventure hack and slash for the DS with everything bad Devil May Cry had but with Pre-rendered backdrops. It was cool for the DS but not fun anymore.

Fallout New Vegas, many good idea but these controls are so bad for shooting. The movement is stiff. This game feels like it was a scrapped Windows 95 FPS game with CGI graphics for the time .

Corporation for Sega Genesis, once there was an FPS RPG for the Amiga and it got ported to the Genesis and it goes as well as it sounds.

Hard Drivin', a driving simulator for arcades. A drunk driving sim. I die everytime and it's funny. The flat shaded low polygons where too much for anything that it was on.

Toy Story 3 on PC. It's just the Wii Port.

The Last Tinker: Bad controls

Clive Barker's Jericho: Jericho was boring and repetitive.

VR Skateboarding

Is it wrong to want nice things? I get made fun of for wanting an exclusive game for a PS5. By who? Society.

Anyway, Why is it bad to have exclusives? You know that take advantage of the features of the PS5 and Xbox series X capabilities? I mean they are both very nice machines but Game pass and PSplus can only take you so far.

I just sorta miss when Japanese developers would make games you could only find on PS2 and PS1.

Is my selfish desire going to confuse some casual consumer from being able to buy their friend or family a gift?

Why is it wrong to want more charm, Gamespot? Because everyone wants it, Gamestop.

You dont need exclusives. You need a machine that plays games.

I remember when IGN was the place to get game reviews. They'd rank games on graphics, story, sound, gameplay.

Give you proper walkthroughs. I mean they had every opportunity to make them great. Pre-2013 IGN that is.

Now all it is is just ads. Like OMG this website is so clunky and borderline unusable. What happened to game journalism? Did they just decide to give up one day?

7/10 too much water? what does that even mean?

You have the easiest job in the world! You blew it!

Ultima Underworld the Stygian Abyss 1992. Mann this game is so insane for a 1992 game. Like what the ****? It does it all! There's RPG elements, inventory, combat, platforming, dialogue trees, character customization and it's a 3D first person video game that predates Wolfenstein. Nowhere near as playable and as assessable. But I much prefer it. Ultima Underworld the Stygian Abyss is the reason why Bioshock exists and got PS1 port in Japan.

Daytona USA- Just imagine you're a kid in 1994 and all you know is Sonic the hedgehog for the Sega Genesis. True 3D games are a pipe-dream and then you go to the local Arcade and you see Daytona. With it's bright colors, high resolution textures, flat shaded polygons, long draw distances actual music with voices singing "DAY-E-TOONNNNNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" as the camera pans like you are watching live footage of a Redneck race way on NASCAR having to drive with a real steering wheel. This game was so tight. There are even a low poly pit crew to fix your car which gets damaged by the way. Look back at your Sega Genesis based on 1986 hardware at best and there is so few things to compare. This is all very expensive as one could imagine.

Shemnue- Shemnue could be a PS3 game if it where ported in HD. You can do anything in this game. Shemnue's animation was insane for the time. There is as much detail in this game as there is in real life. Open desk droors, talk to people close doors, see friends, buy stuff. This is the first game to be a AAA game. Good job.

Doom 3- While every video game in the early 2000's looked like they belonged on the Playstation 1. Doom 3 divulged from that. Doom 3 is insane. The lighting, the atmosphere, the scripted events. It's insane

Alone in the Dark- Alone in the Dark invented the 3D survival horror genre. Look at every game that came out in 1992. Just hand drawn 2D boredom then you have AITD. A full fledged 3D action adventure game by the French. Full of frights.

Unreal- Unreal is so revolutionary. While every FPS game had been dominated by Doom engines and generic blurry textures on low poly faces Unreal divulged from this through it's powerful engine. Unreal has a strong sense of immersion and atmosphere.

Dragons Lair- The first interactive movie by Don Bluth

Corporation- Corporation did the 3D FPS RPG way before even Wolfenstein or even System Shock

Duke Nukem 3D

Super Mario 64

Gears of war-Gears of War invented good 3D graphics

Crysis- This game looks like real life

The Bouncer

Flight Simulator

Jurassic Park Trespasser

GTA

The PS4 was such a peice of shit. I hated that console so much. First it was really cool. Did things that the PS3 couldn't like crossplay, smoother interface, sturdier controller. 6 years ago. And then I realized how bad the PS4 really is. The PS4 is so fucking bad. No one liked it. It was the worst. Real honey moon phase shit.

I put an external in it but it's really good with detecting the external drive. And no I will not be installing an HDD anytime soon.

The only reason why anyone liked the PS4 was the graphics and that Bobby was playing it.

Too many updates, full of DLC and microtransactions, dumb interface, and the controller is just bad. I hope that one day Dream gets ported to PC because that would be fun

The PS5 is so much better. My step dad won a PS5 and it's so much better in every way than the PS4.
