Sure. This isn't contorversial. He's not talking about raw compute power.

Did we play the same game or did I play an alternate Bioshock Infinite from another universe with a hysterical ending?
How did you get 1999 mode for your first playthrough? My friend beat it on hard mode first. There's a code too, I'm sure.[QUOTE="ActionRemix"]
Just beat for the first time. I played on 1999 mode even though I am pretty terrible at shooters (nearly always go negative online). Wasn't much of a challenge other than a couple random parts I got stuck on and the final battle.
Every review I have seen used the phrase "will blow your mind." But...did I play an alternate version of Infinite with a hilarious end twist followed by a rage-inducing after-credits twist?

Actually, Deep Down graphics are pretty easy to achieve, But don't expect 60FPS, Because of KZSF couldn't do it, No way in hell Deep Down would be doing it.faizan_faizanMy PC is equivalent to the PS4 (560 Ti, 8GB RAM) yet I haven't played any game that looks anywhere near as good as Deep Down. It looks like a really big leap.

720p is sub HD as far I'm concerned. 1080p looks so much sharper.
so what is 4K?supa extra true hd?
2160p, 4x pixels of 1080p
I would even be cool with 720p 30fps standard if that's what's required for Deep Down-quality graphics.Starting out you'll see a lot of 1080p games, but as the hardware starts getting streatched thin, devs are going to have to make decisions. John Carmack has already said that they'll probably just end up with 720p at 30fps and choose to have higher resolution textures, more lighting, more objects rendered, and more post processing.Â
Most people cannot really tell the difference. Consoles do native upscaling too which makes 720p look better on a 1080 set. Im sure these upscaling methods are going to get even better with the next gen consoles.Â
Remember the PC will still set the bar and devs there do not need to worry about having an upper limit. Eventually they can just tell people to throw more hardware at their games. Can't do that with consoles.

I would choose 480p over 1080i. Interlaced looks so bad to me.technically speaking  if the choice is between 720p and 1080i i would choose the 720 setting.
progressive scan  > interlaced
