I'd be protective of my daughter, too. I'd never threaten anyone with physical violence, though.

i got it the first time. what i'm saying is thats a stupid ass way to go about it. whats he gonna do kick anyone's ass that wants to date his daughter? whats that going to accomplish? it will create resentment for him from his daughter, probably driving her more away.. it also shows no trust in his daughter's ability to make decisions about her own life. yeah real protective.

He's natural instict to protect his daughter probably over powers logic...

Every dad is protective of their daughter, because they know how a male mind works.

The justice system is way too lenient. People in the system are more worried about the rights of murderers than the rights of the families of the victims. If you murder someone, you should be put to death, period. And if you sell drugs, you should get a very high sentence as well. Rape should be a 25 year sentence. And repeat offenders get life. Not every case is the same. What if a wife murders her husband who abuses her every night? Should she get the death penalty? You can't view every case black and white.
