When I click that shiny orange download button, it downloads the game guide instead of the patch.

I'm sure some admin could fix this.

Most of the time the 'video' area just stays black, and sometimes there's just a 1px line of the video in the bottom.

Flash based objects also freeze a few seconds for me.

This only happens on gamespot, and my computer is not outdated, far from.
