Yesterday 10/06/09 very early in the morning between 6 and 6:30Am, I wanted to get some kills in before I left for my almost 2 hour trip to school and I was playing the Uncharted 2 Beta on-line in a plunder match and like a minute into the game the screen froze for about 20 seconds, then the screen returned to the XMB screen and after that the system just shut-off. When I tried to turn it on again I got The Yellow Light of Death. After drying my tears I resolved to call PlayStation since my Best Buy Warranty expired this July. When I called them I found out that there is a problem with the PSN. So I'm thinking "I was playing on-line when it messed up and I got hit with the yellow light, could that be what messed my console up?" I wanted to know if this happened to anyone else or someone you know who was playing on-line when this occurred. There were about 5,700 players on-line at the time. If Sony dropped the ball then I shouldn't have to pony up the money to fix this thing. Any responses would be greatly appreciated fellas and thanks in advance.
