yeah...twice. :| the first time was few months ago though. but i ended up buying a black controller, so it was definitely worht it. Well I figured out how to get the pin out of the plug. just for future reference for anyone that has a similar issue, pop out the battery pack and behind and between the battery springs is the slot for the headset plug. If you push a push pin carefully through the hole (from the outside of the controller, not from the battery pack area), you can push the pin into the battery area. then you just pull it out with tweezers.

That just saved me from having to buy another controller.

if i sell something for half the price of something else, chance are it will outsell the more expensive one. Its basic economics. it doesn't mean wii is better at all. It just means its cheaper and 'tendo has done a good job marketing. props to them. personally, I'll take a solid library and superb graphics over a poor library and last-gen graphics any day. But still. props to tendo.

ok and ? the 3rd party software isnt selling , how long can you sell systems without selling games

they already jumped ship. they just dish out crap for games.

There's a HUGE difference between the dreamcast and the 360. After Sony announced the PS2, the Dreamcast began to die. That announcement was the first nail in the Dreamcast coffin. And then it actually came out and just blew the dreamcast out of the water. And so did GC and XBOX in the next two years.

the 360 isn't in that sort of situation at all. Both the PS3 and Wii are out and XBOX sales aren't plumitting like DC's were, the graphics are up to par, and its just a solid system. Sure it has some issues, but what console doesn't?

DC's curse was that it was stuck between generations. Sure its tacked on as a member of the ps2/gc/xbox generation, but it came out in between generations. it was better than the previous generation, but wasn't as good as the next generation.

My CoD3 disk JUST did that. It was in my 360 and i slightly turned the 360 so i could plug my ethernet cable into it and it made a loud ass noise and when i took the CD out there were scratches everywhere. :|

I JUST got it too. spent $45 at gamestop. I'm going to try to find a disk cleaner next time I go to walmart, but I doubt it'll work...
