I just got my 360 this past Christmas, but in the days leading up to it, I tried beating games I've had for a while, but never beat. Since getting my 360, I've noticed how clear-cut it was to beat many games on older systems- it was basically beating the story mode. On the 360, I'm debating on what it means to beat a 360 game: is it to complete the story mode, unlock all the achievements, or both?
the games I'd play on long trips are: Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney- IMO best DS game out. it also takes AT LEAST 15 hours to beat all the cases. Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Justice For All- IMO second best DS game out. the last case alone takes 8 hours to beat, according to GS. also, you don't NEED to play the first one to understand the story, but it certainly makes for a better experience. Hotel Dusk Room 215- have yet to pick it up, but I've heard great things and it most definitely will be my next DS game. MKDS, NSMB, and FF3 are also recommended though I'd get the other three first.
i'm looking forward to a lot of games that just came out or have been out like M&L:PiT, FF3, YIDS, MMZX, KCC, EBA, Madden 07, and MvsDK2. The game I most want is Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Justice For All, followed by Phantom Hourglass. Also, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are coming next year. I think that's about it. Maybe a couple others.
