Kevin Van Ord is unfortunately gaining his weight back. The biggest issue with losing weight is keeping it off - this is why when people lose tons of weight, I do not celebrate it. I only congratulate them if they can KEEP IT OFF. That is the biggest issue. Even I did that once, I lost a lot of weight (went from 210 to 175!) only to go back to 215, now I am at 190 and pretty healthy.
