@JamDev @openop well, lets not forget the 3DS's horrible launch. No good games for a year besides Zelda

I sort of agree, but I mostly disagree. The Wii U just seems odd. The tablet controller seems out of place. Why is it necessary? Why should Nintendo even need to be pressured into making a more traditional controller? I agree. With that mindset, Nintendo will lose the hardcore audience. Kids bought the Wii. That's why it was so popular. The 3DS is horrible. Nuff said. At this point, Nintendo is living off its games, when it comes to the hardcore audience. But with a rare Zelda game here and there, and an even more scarce Metroid game, its not even worth it to me. Nintendo is great and all, but they cant just add a touch screen to the Wii and call it a new console.

Instead of wasting my time on unread cries, let me just go ahead and say that the realism you want in shooters would ruin the game. Precision shots to the arm to mess up accuracy or leg shots to slow down I can see, but, seeing as how you said you dont play many shooters, in a shooter game, getting shot 3 or 4 times then dying is extremely frustrating. Then staying dead for a while to make death more of a bigger deal is completely stupid. Read those last two sentences and tell me with all honesty that you would play a game like that everyday. Dying in games is something that has been happening forever. Nitpicking at it will get you nowhere. Regenerating health could be changed, but keep in mind that if the consumers wanted a realistic game like that they would stop playing unrealistic arcade shooters like CoD, and go join the army.

"Instead being rewarded for good shooting and planed attacks means nothing in games on the market now."

Battlefield comes close. The best example I can think of when it comes to that kind of stuff is Assassin's Creed's MP. You get rewarded more for smarter kills rather than any normal kill. BF3 encourages tactical gameplay and teamwork, and, if you are willing, it becomes a great tactical experience. But when it comes to rewarding you with smart kills, it is limited to kills made around a certain objective or from following your squad leader's orders. In shooters, you cant really reward players for being tactical. If you think about it, the reward is the kill itself. How you get it is not what we should be complaining about. Afterall, that is the player's choice. I think Battlefield and Ghost Recon have it right. They encourage teamwork and tactics, but rewarding can be difficult to do. Especially with so many different ways to approach a kill

Its funny. This game is about the future, yet it appears to make no changes from the past.
