Hey guys,
I recently caught up on the subject of net-neutrality after hearing that it is threatening our freedom on the Internet. At first I thought it was a load of crap. However, recently Bell Canada and TELUS (formerly owned by Verizon) confirmed that the stories were true. This is some serious **** Everything we know on the Internet, will be gone. Yes, even T-Warez. ISPs all over the world are plotting to turn the Internet access to a TV-like subscription model, only offering access to a small standard amount of commercial sites and require extra fees for every other site you visit. You should seriously check this stuff out. You can find out more on this website. If all the internet users come together and rebel, the ISPs will become scared of losing all of their customers and more importantly, their money.
I know it sounds ridiculous and far-fetched, but I'm afraid it's not. (Zero.Dub)
