To put it plainly, portal is the best puzzle game I have ever played in my entire life. I love the game, I usually play through the game every month. This game is an unforgettable experience. SPOILERS: The game starts as you(Chell) wake up in a small test chamber. Even from the beginning the game starts off with the antagonist ai GLaDOS saying with some glitches that you are in the aperture science testing facility and you will complete the test chambers with the assistnce of portals. "These interdimensional portals have been proven to be completely safe...the device however has not. Do not look directly at theoperational device. Do not soak the device in liquid. And most importantly, do not..'static'..." Over the course of the game, GLaDOS appears to be getting harsher until eventually she tries to kill you. After crawling through the hidden rooms and abandoned offices of the aperture science faucility you have a face to face confrontation with GLaDOS that results in you throwing her personality into a furnace and lots and lots of neurotoxic gas. The short and unforgettable campagn for portal is in my opinion one of the best games I have ever played. GLaDOS's insne humor mixed with flying through the air through inter dimensional portals make portal an unforgetable experience. If you haven't played portal yet, I suggest you go directly to wherever you buy your games from, and buy it now. It may be 4 years old, but compared to some other games that are out now, it's still incredable.
