When PONG hit the arcades it displayed what gaming could achieve. The gameplay in the game is quite fun but repetitive and will have you doing the same thing for hours on end which can get boring at times. The graphics were top of the range when the game first launched back in the 70's but compared to todays standards it is very poor, with today's technology even a child could make it in his bedroom. There wasn't many sounds in the game but the few sounds that were in the game stuck in your mind for years. The value of the game isn't that good because you only have 1 play mode and you simply just hit a ball from 1 side of the screen to the other for hours on end, eventually you will get board and stop playing. I personally love this game, it's simplicity is superb and any gamer of all ages could pick this game up and play it.
