I have to admit it, I never really got into the whole Pokemon thing before my daughter discovered them on Cartoon Network. It turns out that Pokemon Rumble is a fun game that we both enjoy playing.

The game itself is pretty easy to pick up and play and there are lots of little characters that you can become friends with (you get to play as them) after you beat them on the board. It may not be a "hardcore" game, but it is a game that my daughter and I can play at the same time, after all Resident Evil is an awesome game, but I can't and shouldn't play that with a six year old. The game is pretty easy to pick up and like Atari games that I played as a kid and found so much fun in, it's much more fun when I'm playing along with someone else on screen (up to four players) so if you have one player, say a six year old, who likes Pokemon but isn't exactly an expert on video games, a stronger player can step in and help get through the level.

The colors and ease of use are really good. It doesn't look like a $50 game, but its not. It's worth every bit of the $15 I spent on it, and not just because it is a great little game for the family to get together and play.
