Just as great as the original. Nintendo could not have made a better remake.

This game is a wonderful remake, almost perfection in my opinion. The game has mostly stayed the same so the older poke fans won't be disappointed. The only things that have changed are the graphics (which are awesome for a game boy advance game) and some minor annoyances that held back the first generation games. The sound is very nice as well. The new games also have a few new surprises added to the remake to make it that much better, including a large expansive archipelago filled with several smaller missions and pokemon you normally could not obtain in the old versions. This game is perfect for all Pokemon fans. The only negatives are that there is no mew glitch, and that the battles become quite repetitive and almost a chore, although this comes with almost every Pokemon game. In all an excellent purchase considering the price you would pay for it. Can provide many hours of gaming fun!
