Honestly, this game isn't THAT horrible!

The whole game is having Pikachu watch TV. Sounds boring? Yes, it sure SOUNDS boring, but is it really?

REVIEW TIME!!!!

The gameplay is pretty unique, admittedly. It's a crazy concept, but it kept me hooked for a while. You unlock new channels by watching TV more, (Zzzz....) but there are actually still other things to do.

First of all, you can explore the great outdoors (Wow, I can explore the great outdoors INDOORS? While playing a game!) and meet new Pokemon, and so Pikachu makes some friends. You can also collect and earn cards from other Pokemon by answering trivia questions about Pokemon. You can also unlock new areas in the outdoors by watching TV (Whaddya know! More T.V....) and buying stuff on a channel reminiscent of a hybrid of an informercial and Ebay.

On the channel mentioned above (Shop N' Squirtle), you can also buy things such as virtual collectable cards, (Um...) new T.Vs, toys for your house, etc.

Besides watching T.V in the house, Pikachu can also explore sections of it, play with toys, and you can actually find a Pokemon Mini that plays games that you can buy on the shopping channel.
The games are actually kind of fun!

I'm sure many wonder what all of the channels are, so here is a sample!:

Shop N' Squirtle: (Mentioned above)
Pokemon News Flash: A weird news show with Psyduck and Meowth.
Pikachu Bros. In Party Panic!: A full-length cartoon split into parts.
Quiz Wobbuffet: A game show in which you identify Pokemon, but you only get to play at the end of the show when Wobbuffet asks the audience to answer questions.

Technically, the game has a plot, but it is very boring.
Oh well, I guess you should know. It's basically about people and Pokemon watching TV in harmony together, and Pikachu and the player are testing it to see if it works.

All in all, the game isn't crap, it isn't good, but it's somewhere inbetween. I played it with my family, and we made fun of how cheesy it was to make it better than it actually was, (about a 6/10 with them) but I'm rating it from playing with no one else.
