One of my favourites of all times !!

User Rating: 10 | Planescape: Torment PC
To start off let me say that I've played this game from start to finish maybe 10 times since it's release over the years. Everytime I see it again I have the urge to play it again to relive this great story.

The Game: 10
Waking up in a mortuary on a cold slap of stone with no memories and looking like you've gone through a meatgriner has been one of the most interesting beginnings in all the games I've ever played. Trying to find out who you are and why you are the way you are is great fun. The game has an earie feeling all over as you seem to constantly go through dejavu moments which tell you more and more about yourself. As you progress through this game you will meet very many interesting characters each with their own story and history.

Characters: 10
The characters in this game are some of the best ones I've seen in games. The dialogue sometimes voice acted and sometimes only text draw you into their lives and as the game progresses you learn more about them and you become intrinsicly attached to them.

Story: 10
One of the best storyline I've seen, it draws you in from the first moment and never lets you go untill the end. I don't want to write too much about the content of the story. Suffice to say in my oppinion it's the best of all the games I've ever played.

Sound/Music/Voice: 10
The earie tones and music set the scene of the worlds you encounter soundeffects make it seem like you actually are in a city with bustling life (something I've hardly ever seen in other games) and draw you in.
The voice acting in this game is superb and the voices are truely fitting to the characters.

Visuals: 9
The visuals are great considering the age of the game. From bustling cities to desert plains everything looks and feels great.

Controlls: 9
While most of the time it's very easy to controll your party in this game sometimes it's a little difficult to get them to do what you want. The pathinding isn't always optimal and sometimes characters get stuck. Considering this is a 90's game though it's very much forgivable.

Conclusion:
If you haven't played this game I can honestly recomend it on the story alone. It is an older game so if you are someone who needs great graphics to play something like this it might not be for you but I would still suggest taking a look into it.
