Including the broke gameplay system and busted servers it's actually Good!
The game has a one of a kind graphic which is very very smart , it's all anime style 2d pictures running back to back so it provides a very beautiful and enjoyable enviroment with a low chance of lagging even for weak systems , the best thing in the game creates the weak spots.
First off there is the gameplay , you start in a small city which u take quests , choose class , shop , etc and thats it , no new cities nor new NPCs to meet. You can travel to different worlds (using Pis) which are almost the same , they just look different and have yolks in different colors to fight.
Secondly fighting this worlds are like scroling mid 80s nemesis action games. And on the other hand fighting is fun , there is a lot of different techniques and parties can be gathered easily , but there is no such thing as hit detection , you just randomly swing your sword or throw your light ball.
The third is bossfights , on the end of every world comes a boss , which are huge simple minded enemies , when fighting them you won't know where you are hitting because mostly u will be lost in their mass.
Classes are well made and fairly balanced , although healers are what every party looks for and are very rare , equipment isn't that great so there is not much pushing you to level up.
But what makes pi story playable , besides beautiful graphics , what makes it unique , the Pi system is very well made and easy to use which helps provide a better party gameplay . the community is very friendly ( what are the odds?!!) , although the city lacks an auction house , trading items by yelling in the city square is tiering but fun.
editing the looks are limited to eye color and hair style , with choosing different types the style of the characters standing , walking and running changes.
Oh i almost forgot , the servers are the worst i've ever seen , they dissconnect you for no good reason , the go offline so often , and are full of lag and delay...
