It's not a game for everyone but those who will appreciate it will enjoy it immensely. A very long game (150 hours+ for me) which makes it a great value for money especially if you get it on sale.
It's anime style may rebuff some but animations are just the best ever and the game felt positively high -school more then when I actually was in high-school.
I digged the world design and puzzles and levels were really creative. I was really impressed with that. Number of enemies and personas is just amazing and bonding with friends is just awesomely done.
I kind of bugged me that it almost feels that developer expected of you to play through the game twice. Which is nice for longevity of the game but not everyone will be able to do so with such a long game.
Combat is very cleverly desingned. It will keep you on your toes and despite a numerous encounters you will never get bored or annoyed as most combats, aside from bosses and mini bosses, will be done in a turn or two. Exploiting enemy weaknesses is essential in this game and it will make or break your encounter especially on harder difficulties.
As someone who is neither young nor do I like anime particularly I have to say that greatly enjoyed this game and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone but some who just can't get past the style in which it is done.
