I've been playing this game a very long time and most of the things suited me and I liked to play and to talk with my friends there. But one day I was banned for a function that was introduced and which was used by absolutely all players. I talked with the support team for a very long time (2 months), other players get their ban lifted, and to my requests I received only "if you will write us more, your messages will be ignored." It turned out that if players donate, they can do anything, even violate the rules. The game is full of bugs, but PWE prefers to make "donation promo", "spending promo", etc. and nothing for players who wants to enjoy playing the game without spending money on it.
