Old School Fans will be more then happy.It looks and feels like the good old OutRun.

The Bad

First off,I played the Original years ago and the usual problem is if the new part got the same feeling that made the classic Game what it is.This one definetly does it right.
The Special about the Game is the Controls.Because it´s based on a Arcade-classic,the Car makes a big slide even if you just tip the break.To master it you must learn to use the slides.
The whole game has many ways to end the race,which costs around 10 Minutes a race,isn´t very long,but if you want to see everything of the Game you can really spend much time with that.
Most things are unlockable through the Mission-Mode.You have many unusual Missions like remembering Fruits you see on the track and drive through the right side of the track,taking photos or collecting hearts and deliver them to the right point .They are all really much fun,even if it doesn´t sound like that at first.
The Graphics are really smooth,fast and have still the old OutRun-Style to it.The Ferraris look also awesome.Just a few lags in the Link-Mode are putting them down.
The Sound is ok,at least for a Arcade-Game.You can even unlock a whole bunch of remixes and the classic original Music.
So...:
If you´re a fan of the original you could buy it without a doubt.
If you never heard anything about OutRun (if that´s possible),you maybe rent it first.
It should be cheap until now,so you won´t make much of a mistake anyway.
