I've played all the onimusha series...well, all i can say i loved them all. Obviously DoD have better gameplay than the rest since it's the latest from the oni series. The main character would be the Oni of the Ash Soki and alternately, we can take ctrl of side character such as Jubei, Ohatsu, Tenkai & the Espania guy, Roberto. The ctrl is very easy, it would'nt take an Einstein to figure it out. The're also wide range selection of Weapons for all characters. I wish there are wide range of armor as well. And the dark realm...very challenging, but i wish i could save at, say 50th flr 5 and continue from 51st onwards. It's reaaaaaally troublesome to start from the 1st floor when unluckily u are dead at 90th floor. Since on character only uses one weapon, e.g. Swords exclusively for Soki, i felt a bit frustated when facing those annoying spellcasters in the dark realms since they're floating and always teleports. As for the storyline, 2 thumbs up.
