You are a ninja that plays golf. The concept alone is worth a round or two. The basic gameplay is centered around hitting your golf ball, then travelling to your ball while battling different enemies in a very simple, yet amusing action sequence. To cap it all off, putting is replaced by battling a dragon and tossing your ninja stars to defeat the fireball breathing beast.
I'd heard that this is one of the more unique experiences on the Atari 7800, and a lot of fans of the system seem to love this game. I do think it is worth a play for the novelty factor, but I didn't really get a lot from the game after the novelty wore off. The golf and action sequences are both pretty bare bones in themselves, so the game really relies upon its gimmick.
