Hard...but worth playing.
Plot: Master ninja Ryu embarks on a journey to seek revenge on the people who killed his clan and burned his home village. He also seeks to return the evil dark sword which has the power to enslave the world. All while meeting new people and learning more about the world around him.
Gameplay: Like most hack and slash games, there are several weapons with different combos at your disposal. The difference is you can't just mash the square button, you have to block and counter at the right time. Ryu is also very acrobatic and can roll,jump, and even run across walls like you would expect from a ninja.
differences: so there is quite a lot of differences from this version then the original.
1. Sigma is far less difficult than the original and black.
2.Side character Rachel has three bonus chapters of her own in this game.
3. There is less costumes than the original.
4.Some dlc is not for sale on the store.
5. More shops and save points to prevent replaying difficult parts.
Well that's it, great game and with out a doubt worth playing. Just don't wimp out half way though.
