NHL on PC is left behind once again
So I got NHL 08, expecting a great experience or at least an upgrade from the previous.
It was, I have say fun at the beginning; until I played the PS3 version. A friend came over with his PS3 and we played this and my having this game on PC and playing it tons made no difference as ITS NOT THE SAME GAME.
Plus I ran into a Dynasty BUG that would not allow me to upgrade anything. And more than once.
Plus the controls aren't as good on PC Keyboards don't play as well as gamepads. I managed to get my PS3 remote to work on my PC, but it just wasn't the same. The skill stick didn't really work well. not the same.
I think if anything they should port the 360 game. They do it with other titles, surely its not too much to ask.
Just got NHL 09 for PS3 ; sports games on PC are a thing of the past. IMO.
