NHL 08 is the greatest hockey game ever created...period. Even with all the titles that have been released since the beginning of Fall, I've managed to find tons of time for NHL and my season (currently in playoffs). All the upgrades from NHL 07 are tremendous, from the skating to the puck handling to the shooting, to the visuals....NHL 08 is here to impress and stay for a very long time. The online portion works well....I havent tried a league yet, but the single games work well. Even the character customization is VERY deep and fun to play around with. Definitely my perfect sports game.
