Violent hack and slash from the eighties with a classic musical score by Rob Hubbard

User Rating: 8.1 | Nemesis the Warlock C64
This game probably has the best intro page music of all time. Personally, I hold it as Rob Hubbard’s best song and probably one of the best to ever have been written on the C64. As for the game itself, it wasn’t and still isn’t spectacular in any ways. Basically it’s a, for the time a very violent, platform hack ‘n slash, where the corpses of your killed enemies stack into piles on which you walk. The difficulty level is set quite high and to be able to complete the game you will have to invest a few hours. The final verdict is that it is well worth the space it takes on your hard drive when playing it in an emulator. Just the music by Hubbard makes it worth checking out.
