Do they even know what ppl want from NFS?

so here's how it goes:

-you enter the game...wtf stupid menu (but still its NFS! it cant be that bad...)
-you finally enter the first race after your battle with the menu
-"hmm looks nice..." race starts...cars feel stupid..."must be the car"
-you notice the idiotic arrows on the ground telling you where to go and making you look at it and only it
-race over...(disappointed but cant wait to drift!)
-3rd race a drift.... enter race, do 1 lap, OMFG alt+F4 , Uninstall, Throw disc out the window

ps: to the EA ppl : FIRE THE IDIOTS THAT MADE THAT MENU! and the ones that made the cars feel so unreal (and hire ppl that actually drove a car in their life)

Oh and for your marketing geniuses: Your customers are the ones that like a "underground" type game and buy it expecting one... where is the street racing? where are the cops? where is the hardcore tuning (sound, neons, etc)?
Your customers don't buy NFS to get a epic fail version of GRID

  EA needs to fire these employees or make them play the previous NFS before they are allowed to work again.
