Reminds me of the series' glorious past...

NFS: Hot Pursuit is the game that sort of defines its genre, an early classic that should always be remembered.

At its time, Hot Pursuit has the cutting-edge level graphics, stylish presentation, some dozens of hottest cars in late 1990s and great gameplay. The game first introduced the fascinating "hot pursuit" mode which was then seen in many other games. HP also introduced the flashy in car view. I remember seeing chaps marketing this game in a shopping mall back in 1997, they played the game on a huge screen and... almost every shopper stopped in front of it. Flashy Ferraris/Lambos police cars chasing each other in a cool animation. Sold. And indeed NFS 3 has some of the most beautiful cars, tracks and soundtracks of all time, virtually stunning in almost every way.

I had wonderful experience playing single/with friends. For me and perhaps many others, this game is one childhood fantasy that never fades.
