The last of the true NFS games.

User Rating: 9.2 | Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 PS2
It started with the simple NFS games. Just you, your car, your opponents, and the track. Then, all of a sudden, you were running from the Police in Redrock Ridge with a roadblock ahead! Now, you're speeding down a country/city/island in a McLaren F1 supercar, with a helicopter over your head, two Police cruisers behind you, and a spike strip in front. Not to mention the other McLaren F1 you're competing against. This, truely, is what Need for Speed is all about. After this game, we're left saying to ourselves, "Well, that was awesome. I can't wait for HP3!". Unfortunately, we've all waited. And waited. And waited. And WAITED for HP3. Meanwhile, what we get is annoying, stupid street racing games that focus on pimping, tuning, and improving your rep. Personally, I don't care about my "rep". I care about outrunning the Cops and winning the race in my fancy, expensive car. That's why, if you don't already have this game, you should buy it right now, because this game is the most recent addition to the real NFS franchise.

Sincerely, RedHawk4.
