NFS at its peak.

User Rating: 9.5 | Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 PS2
My first Need For Speed title was the Original Hot Pursuit, and after playing/cheating my was through it I was hooked on the series. For me it seemed that they could do no wrong and this was true until NFS:Underground. NFS:HP2 is without a doubt the best title in the series, and I dont think they will ever get back to the overall quality seen in HP2.

The best way to describe this was on the back cover of NFS: High Stakes "Cars behave like the should so you can drive them how you should'nt" its simple but that is the philosophy that made this series great. Each car in the game has a feel of its own (and there are plenty.) You unlock new cars either through tournament mode or hot pursuit mode, these also unlock new tracks to play through. There is an insane amount of tracks to unlock each one beautifully created and fun to drive through.

The difficulty starts out easy enough to let you get a feel for things, then increases in a modest way that isnt too harsh.

For $20 this title is a must add to any driving game fan.
