Get this game, or you'll end up chasing people around trying to find this game.
Simply put it, it's an updated version of Hot Pursuit, however with alot more cars to the roster. The tracks offer alot and are well designed and have it's moments. All this painted with excellent graphics and you'll be grateful how hard the developers have worked with the graphics.
My only problem is sometimes you end up unlocking the NFS version of a car, which ends up being half of the car's list.
What makes it much better is that the game offers events, there over 80 events, split in World Championship and Hot Pursuit. Most events you can unlock extra content, however some events are simply there to advance to another event and can be played for fun. It's all worth it in the end.
The Police are back and they're more difficult as ever, also with a helicopter standing in your way, you'll be wondering why you ever racing in the first place.
When it comes to presenting all this on the Playstation 2, the controls offer alot, even offers Zone Cams, which freezes time and view your surrounding. A nice touch to the game and to see what danger lies ahead.
Finally this is all topped up with a soundtrack that you'll never get bored off, I suggest you play this game.
