Great, great, great football.

NCAA Football 2004 is kind of hard to review. It has no standout gameplay features, but still manages to be a fantastic game of collage football. The big gameplay mode is the Dynasty Mode. In this mode, you control a collage through multiple seasons. For me, I play as Michigan in this game, gotta love those Wolverines! A new feature is this game has Sports Illustrated covers and info about the weeks games, the poll and conference rankings, heisman watch and players of the week. The core gameplay is absolutely fun. Just every pass, run, kickoff, punt, field goal, tackle, sack, audible, etc. is just so freakin' fun, enough said! Another mode is Collage Classics, which allows you to relive some of the greatest moments in collage football history.

The guys at EA/Tiburon must've work their butts of to make this game look so good. The player models and faces are great and the helmets shine like...shiny stuff. The ball...did I metion the ball looks amazing?!? The sound is good. The commentary never gets old, the tackles sound great and those goofy sounding fight songs are good.

If you are a NCAA Football maniac like me, you need to own this game.
