Basically 100 times better than 07. Those who missed 08 need this game!!!!

It plays amazingly better than 07.The graphics of the stadiums match real life. Although it lacks a bit in needing to have an division I-AA dynasty mode and needs to add more of the FCS teams as well. The movement of the players is less choppy when playing. People actually tackle at right angles and the injury factor is less ridiculous than in 07. The recruiting system is great and more real than others in that the player promise is added. In real life, players would ask for certain promises from the coaches. Also the ability to medically redshirt is also important in dynasties. The key here is that momentum plays less of a role in this game than in 07. In 07 It took forever to get momentum back after the opposing team had scored either the first touchdown or consecutive touchdowns in a role. This game still factors in the momentum, but adds an extra factor in motivation that makes the momentum meter balance out instead of being defined in steel as in 07.
The only minus I would take off of this game would be the font for the screens. Although it lacks a bit in needing to have an division I-AA dynasty mode and needs to add more of the FCS teams as well. I would probably add a few songs to the repetoire of the bands but in general an great game for those people looking to update their NCAA experience.
